At NEMO Equipment, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the product is in unworn condition.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
